install and configure munin to monitor server activity.

monitoring available on http://www.seeks-project.info/munin/
monitor only the local machine.

configuration available on /etc/munin/munin.conf
graphs generated by cron every 5 minutes

To be able to monitor other host, the file /etc/munin/munin-node.conf need to be edited and put
allow ^86.65.39.9$
to allow the seeks-project virtual machine to access probes datas.
